Over the past decade or so, thanks to albums such as "Multi-Love," "Sex & Food," and "V," Unknown Mortal Orchestra has become a key band on the global psychedelic rock scene. This year, the group, led by Ruban Nielson, has unveiled two projects. The first is the latest installment of the instrumental IC series, titled "IC-02 Bogotá." Like the earlier "IC-01 Hanoi," the album is a musical document, taking its title from the place of its creation and described as "possible background music for weird parties and night rides in your future." The second project was the "CURSE" EP, inspired by Italian horror films of the '70s and '80s, reflecting the cursed times we live in. The album features both direct, catchy riffs reminiscent of Black Sabbath on "BOYS WITH THE CHARACTERISTICS OF WOLVES" and UMO's signature loose, complex guitar work on "DEATH COMES FROM THE SKY." The whole thing creates a soundtrack to your next encounter with nothingness.
A service fee of 5% of the ticket value is added to the ticket price.
