• All tickets for the event are personalized. Personal data on the ticket are verified upon entry to the event.
• Electronic tickets are accepted. To speed up the entry proces, please download your ticket before heading to PGE Narodowy.
• Printscreens and photos of the tickets are not accepted – only original PDF files are valid.
• Make sure you have your ticket and your identity document in physical form. Due to potential network overload, we advise having your identity document in physical form (please don’t use your mObywatel app). Accepted documents are the ones with your photo, such as ID card, passport, school or student ID, driver’s licence. Copies or photos of documents will not be accepted.
• All floor and Hospitality ticket holders will receive special wristbands, allowing entry to correct zones.
• Electronic tickets will be available 14 days prior to the event in the purchase confirmation email. If you don’t have a ticket, contact your point of sale.
• In case of any problems concerning tickets on the day of the show, please contact the Clearing Point located at gates 2, 11, 4,10 (check the map).
• We advise buying tickets only through the authorized distributor (eBilet website). The illegal ticket resale through some of the internet platforms has gone up, which harms the audience, Artists and all live industry proffesionals. Speculations concerning selling overpriced tickets (exceeding their actual value), forged tickets, multiple sales of duplicated tickets and purchasing at non-official websites come with many risks, including being denied entry to the event.
• Please, do not come to PGE Narodowy before the concert day indicated on your ticket. Persons with tickets for a different day will be sent away from the stadium gates, to improve the audience entry and leaving process and ensure necessary security of all attendees of the event.
• Access to the security control points is organized according to the time of joining the line and takes the ticket category into account. In case of increasing of the crowd intensity, persons with tickets for sectors may be redirected to other gates than the ones indicated on the ticket. Listen carefully to the instructions.
• Please head to the gates indicated on the tickets. Check the date of the event. Your ticket is valid only on the indicated date. It is not possible to change the date.

We recommend arriving at the venue at least 1,5 h before the start of the event.

On August 1, throughout Warsaw, the 80th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising will be commemorated. At 5 PM all alarm sirens in the town will go off and pedestrians, as well as all trams, busses and cars, will stop for 1 minute to pay respect to the Heroes.

Plan your earlier arrival to PGE Narodowy!

On August 1, between 4 PM and 7 PM, public gatherings are planned in the area of Rondo Dmowskiego, which will march through: Aleje Jerozolimskie, Nowy Świat, Krakowskie Przedmieście, Miodowa, up to Krasińskich square. The tram and bus traffic to PGE Narodowy will be stopped, and pedestrian traffic will be difficult. To get to the stadium, we recommend early arrival, and using the metro and city trains (Koleje Mazowieckie and SKM) during the above mentioned hours. There is a possibility of closing more streets on the path of the gathering’s march: the participants will walk through Aleje Jerozolimskie to Rondo de Gaulle’a, through Trakt Królewski and Miodowa street to Krasińskich square. During the march, streets on the path will be closed one by one. Buses and trams will be redirected to detour routes.

Siwca Street will be closed for vehicle traffic between 6 AM and midnight on August 1-3.

The renovation of the section of Zamoyskiego Street towards Grochów has also started. From aleja Zieleniecka to Lubelska Street the road is narrowed.et will be closed for vehicle traffic between 6 AM and midnight on August 1-3.

Before the concert, around 5 p.m., entry to Saska Kępa will be restricted.

Until approx. 9:00 p.m., the areas between Aleja Poniatowskiego, Aleja Waszyngtona, Międzynarodowa Street, Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych and Wał Miedzeszyński as well as Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych, Afrykańska and Bora-Komorowskiego will be closed to individual traffic. The bans will not apply to vehicles of persons with SK IDs, taxis, two-wheelers and buses of Warsaw Public Transport.

After the concerts, the police may decide to close the Poniatowski Bridge, Wybrzeże Szczecińskie, Aleja Zieleniecka and Aleje Jerozolimskie on the section from the Rondo Waszyngtona to the de Rondo de Gaull’a.
