Dan Mangan is coming to Poland! Best known for melodic hits like "Robots", "Fool for Waiting" and "Troubled Mind" the Vancouver-based musician, composer and lyricist is a fixture on the Canadian indie-folk scene. Two-time JUNO Award winner and three-time Polaris Music Prize nominee. In his over 15-year career, he has released six LPs, various EPs and singles, and has also written music for the feature film "How to Pursue Happiness" starring Simon Pegg, as well as for TV shows for Netflix ("Hilda"). and AMC (“Unspeakable”). Mangan has toured extensively throughout North America, Europe and Australia, sharing stages with such independent music luminaries as Mumford & Sons, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros and City & Color. He supported The Lumineers at their last Polish concert. The artist's new single "In Your Corner (for Scott Hutchison)" is a direct response to the indie-rock anthem "The Woodpile" by Scottish band Frightened Rabbit and is dedicated to the late songwriter Scott Hutchison. Dan Mangan will play on February 25, 2024 at Hydrozagadka in Warsaw.

Due to the state of epidemic threat announced in Poland, the Organizer informs, that in order to counter the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, in accordance to the Polish law, as well as guidelines and recommendations from proper administrative bodies, the Attendees may be obliged to carry means of personal protection (specified in currently valid laws, guidelines and recommendations) at the event site, as well as obey the warrants, prohibitions, and restrictions in force.
Information on the conditions of attending the event, as well as the currently valid rules of conduct will be available at www.alterart.pl 7 days before the Event at the latest. The Information may change.
The Attendee is obliged to get acquainted with the currently valid rules of conduct and conditions of attendance, as well as the Terms And Conditions of the Event.

 

The prices constitute admission charges for concert. A service fee of 5% of the ticket value is added to the ticket price.
